Dancing Landscapes is an embodied exploration guided by movement artist, Chloe. A space to let the body speak before the mind.
Get to know your body deeper by understanding, expanding, and strengthening your range of motion. We'll work with the intention to feel safe and free in your body, using movement as a gateway. You'll begin with a gentle awareness practice, before opening your body through movement, using primal yet accessible prompts to activate spatial awareness. The practice then leads you into guided improvisation, deepening both your internal and external connections.
All levels, abilities, and bodies are welcome. This is a drop-in single session.
Duration: 75 mins
This class invites you to slow down, recharge, and find balance amidst the constant hustle of modern life.
We open the class with qigong, an age-old practice to help balance and cultivate the life force in your body. Supported by breath, we will practise light, gentle movement to bring harmony and alignment to your energetic pathways.
In the second half of the session, we'll transition from movement to stillness, as we allow the vibrations of the gong to bring about an ease of being. The potential benefits of gong baths include a calmer body and mind, better sleep, and an improved sense of wellbeing.
Experience movement as medicine—this class invites you to step onto the mat with self-awareness and experience yoga through a therapeutic lens.
Yoga therapy is a way to reconnect with all our koshas, such as our physical body, breath, energetic body, mind and emotions, inner wisdom, and spirit. The benefits include pain relief, better sleep, managing stress, and more.
As we become aware of and examine these aspects of our being, we can help restore balance and integration in our lives. Expect each session to involve a range of active, gentle, and still practice.
Embody your inner masculine
In this class, you’ll embody the warrior through simple, everyday movement, such as sitting, standing, and walking, while cultivating the warrior's mentality through meditation.
Learn to ignite your inner ancestral flame through the warrior’s dance, and align your body’s natural mobility as you practise good posture in the warrior’s stance.
This 4-part series will cover:
• The warrior's walk
• The warrior's mind
• The warrior's stance
• The warrior's dance
Sign up for a drop-in session ($35), or the full 4-week term ($130).

Join us for a relaxing, supported practice that aims to restore your body’s natural capacity for health. The goal is to relax rather than stretch, to reprogram your nervous system, and gently stimulate specific organs or parts of the body.
This class uses props to help you let go of deep-seated tension holding patterns. Learn to self soothe, feel safe in your body, and boost your mental and physical well-being.
Using “cold, hard nature” as his teacher, Wim Hof has empowered himself to control his breathing, heart rate, and blood circulation, and to withstand extreme temperatures.
Discover the benefits of his method for yourself, and learn to optimise your body and mind. Chun, a Wim Hof certified instructor, will guide you through the breathwork techniques and cold immersion. We will begin in-studio before heading outdoors for the ice bath, at our building's ground level.
