A better booking experience, from 14 April

Dear float fam,

Good news – we are migrating our booking platform provider, from 14 April onwards.

Here's how your experience will improve. You'll be able to:

  • Book up to three floats at the same time
  • Redeem your giftcard code directly, online
  • Add on time for a 90 min session, at selected times of the day
  • Book without having to create an account or login

How does this affect me?

  • Your previous login will not be valid anymore. As you no longer need to log in to book, there is no need to update any details on your side.
  • If you are a package holder, don’t worry – all active package data will be migrated to our new platform. To retrieve your credits, just key in your registered email/code under 'Redeem Coupon or Package'. You may also receive an email notification from Acuity with the package 'certificate code''.
  • If you don’t have any active packages with us, please note that your previous visit history will not be visible. Your purchase history is still accessible if required. You may email us if you require any information.


The new platform will be live from 14 April onwards.
