COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

Hey float fam, here's everything you need to know about our safety measures and guidelines.

Is it safe?

There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 infection can spread through water. We have put in place disinfection methods and guidelines to promote a safe experience for all.

How are the floats pods cleaned?

We use a hydrogen peroxide solution to disinfect our float pods, rooms and all common surfaces around the space. Each float pod has an automated disinfection system, using UV light, hydrogen peroxide, and a 1-micron filtration bag to purify the water.

The Epsom salt also creates a sterile environment that micro-organisms cannot survive in. The water is fully filtered multiple times between every float, and for a full two hours at the start and end of every day.

We also test the water quality at least thrice a week. Our rooms and float pods have ventilation systems in place.

Contactless check-in and appointments

Kindly book and pay online in advance. Checking in and out is quick and easy with our SafeEntry QR code.

Masks on in shared areas

Guests and staff are required to wear a mask at all times, unless you are in your private float room/pod. Temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival.

Safe distancing

Our float schedule is arranged to stagger arrivals, and also to allow more time for cleaning.

For first timers, kindly arrive 5 mins before your session. For returning guests, please arrive on time. We will be limiting the number of guests in our lounge at any time.

Float responsibly

If you are feeling unwell, or have interacted with anyone who is unwell, please refrain from visiting.

Please practise good hygiene in our space at all times.

Upholding high standards of hygiene

Our crew will be working hard to disinfect all commonly used surfaces, throughout the day.
