Hey float fam, read on for our safety measures and guidelines from 1 July onwards.
There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 infection can spread through water. We have put in place disinfection methods and guidelines to promote a safe experience for all.
We use a hydrogen peroxide solution to disinfect our float pods, rooms and all common surfaces around the space. Each float pod has its own automated disinfection system, using UV light, hydrogen peroxide, and a 1-micron filtration bag to purify the water. The Epsom salt also creates a sterile environment that bacteria, viruses, pathogens, and other contaminants cannot survive in.
The water is fully filtered at least three times (for 30 mins) between every float, and for a full two hours at the start and end of every day. We also test the water quality at least thrice a week.
Mon to Wed | 11am to 9pm
Thursdays | 4pm to 9pm
Fri to Sun | 9am to 9pm
Kindly book and pay online in advance. We are not able to accept walk ins. Checking in and out is quick and easy with our SafeEntry QR code.
Guests and staff are required to wear a mask at all times, unless you are in your private float room/pod. Temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival.
All slot timings are arranged to stagger arrivals and allow more time for cleaning. Kindly arrive only 5 mins before your session. To minimise interaction with other guests, unfortunately, you will not be able to linger in the lounge after your float. Our reception and lounge are well ventilated, as are the rooms and float pods.
If you have travelled within the last 14 days or are feeling unwell, or have interacted with anyone who is unwell, please refrain from floating. We will continue to conduct temperature checks for all guests. Please practise good hygiene in our space at all times.
Our crew will be working hard to maintain hygiene throughout the day, disinfecting all common surfaces in the space.
